If I were to name this fish, a "yellow fin white dot white stripe fish"
would come to mind. However what is really called is a Whitespotted
Surgeonfish. Surgeon because a scalpel-like structure (actually a caudal
spine) is found near their tails which they use a both a defensive and
offensive weapon by swiping their tail side by side, and fish because
well, he's a fish! Soo, that's the 'tale' of the 'tail.'
