Peacock Groupers were introduced from French Polynesia in 1956. This one is a juvenile. The fish never caught on with anglers and unfortunately the fish has proliferated. It  is now eating it's way through our native species. When are we going to realize that WE are not "mother nature?" Sigh!

Sigh! I never get tired of looking at my reflection. I am so hot! Who needs a mirror when the water surface is available?

You know you are getting old when friends with benefits means knowing someone who can drive at night.

Many fish derive their names based upon a displayed pattern(Bluestripe Snapper), a color(Grey Chub), a physical attribute(Flying Fish) or physical appearance(Longnose Butterflyfish). Today's fish is a member of the Parrotfish family and the distinctive pattern around his eye marks him as a Star-Eye Parrotfish. OK, class dismissed!
